The Blizzard Female Controlled Defenders Camp is a female-only defensive development program designed to support the growth, confidence, and performance of female hockey players in a focused, high-quality training environment. Athletes will learn to control time and space, defend with purpose, and transition the puck with confidence while developing strong habits and hockey IQ. Orientation: This program provides a supportive, high-tempo environment designed to help female athletes build confidence, leadership, and composure while strengthening their defensive game.
