2026 Summer Bilingual Day Camp

A bilingual summer day camp run by YMCA NL for children, with daily programming from morning drop-off to afternoon pick-up. Expect swimming, games, hands-on learning, and craft activities, with activities run in both English and French.
All activities are conducted in both English and French. The camp runs Monday to Friday from 8–5pm (unless a holiday is scheduled). Drop-off is 8–9am and pick-up is 4–5pm.
Everyday Camp Checklist includes clearly labelled items, healthy snacks and lunch, allergen-friendly foods (no products made from nut/peanuts), extra clothing, weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, sneakers, and a water bottle.
There will be no camp at the Centre scolaire et communautaire des Grands-Vents on Canada Day (July 1), Regatta Day, and National Acadian Day (August 17).
A daily swim test is required to determine whether mandatory life jacket use is needed.
