🐲 Paddle-in-Paradise Dragon Boat Races

Event Description Paddle in Paradise will be hitting Octagon Pond on July 18! The 14th Annual Dragon Boat Festival is a day of dragon boat races, food, and family activities. Prizes will be awarded to the fastest team, the most spirited group, the most enthusiastic drummer and both the team and the individual with the highest pledge total. Teams are asked to arrive at 7:45 a.m. to register at 8:00 a.m. Schedule of Events Opening Ceremonies – 8:00 a.m. First Race – 9:00 a.m. Last Regular Race – 12:45 p.m. Carnation Ceremony 12:50 p.m. Championship Races Commence - 1:45 p.m. Closing Ceremonies – 3:30 p.m. Free to attend and all are welcome! The Athlete's Village will host various booths and activities (some are free and some will require to be purchased).
