Join us for a fun night of local poetry at The Battery Cafe.Bring your best for poetry open mic - anything goes! There are five-minute slots available on a first come, first served basis.This is a free event but donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) are gratefully accepted.Doors open at 6:30, and the event will start at 7:00.Performers get a free non-alcoholic of their choice. --0--Our max capacity is 35 so larger groups (>3 people) should arrive well ahead of time. Groups of 1-2 will be free seating.We suggest you arrive at least 15 mins early to avoid the rush. Show ends at 9:00pm.Our Kitchen closes at 3:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.Map for the battery Cafe
