The Seaside Showdown Series: Mickeleens Path is a trail race built around a simple premise: no flagging. You’ll be expected to follow the route provided (a GPX file is available) and come prepared for a self-navigated course.
Racers can pick up their bib when they check in, and volunteers will be stationed at key locations. The route is a Witless Bay loop on Mickeleens Path (about 11 km), starting with the “Old Track” before connecting to Mickeleens Path.
If you’re looking for a new local trail challenge and want to take part in a community-focused series, this one is a great fit—especially if you enjoy the “just bragging” spirit.
