Sound Symposium XXII presents a captivating evening of musical exploration with three distinct ensembles. Duane Andrews offers his eclectic musical style, known for casting a wide net across genres. Ink & Echo, a groundbreaking intercultural ensemble, debuts with a multimedia performance blending Eastern aesthetics and contemporary sounds, featuring acclaimed musicians and AI-generated visuals inspired by ancient poetry. Rounding out the program is junctQín, a piano collective that reimagines the piano as a versatile instrument through works for multiple hands and unusual keyboard arrangements, showcasing commissioned pieces and their innovative approach to ensemble performance.
