Experience the breathtaking sunsets of Conception Bay South while joining our free summer sunset yoga program led by Sisters in Fitness. A revitalizing opportunity for the mind, body, and spirit. Join us for this free, 6-week program on Tuesdays at St. Edward’s Soccer Field, 54 Long Shore Road. As the days grow shorter, and the sunsets earlier, the weekly times for this program will change. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any other personal necessities. This program is for all experience levels and no registration is required. • August 11 – 7:00 – 8:00 pm
