Event Description Start your day with a peaceful Sunrise Yoga Session, led by local fitness instructor Trevor Penney at Peter Barry Duff Memorial Park Beach. It's all happening on August 1, bright and early at 6:30 a.m. It's the perfect way to welcome the day and recharge. Registration is required for this event and opens on July 20 at 12:00 p.m. on the Town's Recreation Portal. In the event of inclement weather, we will move inside at the Paradise Double Ice Complex - Resource Room B. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat. Town Paradise Event Tags
