It does say staff are attentive to individual children and that children may choose different activities when they are not comfortable participating. Echo Pond publishes a 1:6 staff-to-child ratio. Staff receive training before camp, have First Aid/CPR certification and Vulnerable Sector Checks, and the kitchen treats allergies seriously.
